A: It supports English, some European characters and numbers, not Chinese characters. We have same sign with Chinese characters, let us know if you are interested in it. 

Q: What is the range of remote?

A: The range of remote is about 10 meters.

Q: Will the sign lose the stored message after power off, do I have to program it repeated?

A: It stores message over 2 months after power off.

Q: There was nothing but a document file when I downloaded software from CD that came with parcel?

A: It seems the program is blocked by anti-virus software on your computer, it would be better if you turn them off before installment. Do not worry please if there are any bad

influence on your computer, it is safe and trustworthy.
